Using this site

This website is published by Addahar Enterprises. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Accuracy of what we publish

We put real technical information on this site — fabric weights, minimum orders, lead times, size charts and the governing-body kit rules we build to. We take care to keep it accurate and we update it when we learn it is wrong.

Two caveats worth stating plainly. First, figures such as fabric weights and measurements are indicative ranges; the binding specification for your order is the one confirmed at sampling and set out in your quotation. Second, the competition and governing-body rules we summarise are our reading of published regulations at the time of writing, and those regulations change. Always confirm current rules with your own competition or association before committing to a production run. We will build to whatever specification you give us, but we cannot be responsible for a rule change we were not told about.

Prices and quotations

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price. Minimum order quantities — currently 20 pieces per design — are accurate as published, but prices depend on garment, fabric, decoration and quantity, and are given in a written quotation. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

Our intellectual property

The text, photography, design and code of this site belong to us. You are welcome to view, print and share pages for the purpose of evaluating us as a supplier. You may not republish our content as your own, or use our name, logo or imagery to represent your own manufacturing capability.

Artwork and material you send us

When you send us artwork, a logo, a tech pack or a sample, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it only for the purpose of quoting, sampling and manufacturing your order.

By sending it, you confirm you have the right to use it — that it is your own, or that you have permission from whoever owns it. This matters more than it sounds: club crests, league marks and sponsor logos frequently belong to someone other than the person ordering the kit. We will decline to reproduce artwork where we have reason to believe the rights are not held, and you agree to cover us against claims arising from artwork you supplied.

We may show finished work in our portfolio and marketing. If you would rather we did not show yours, tell us and we will not.

Colour on screen

Colours shown on this website are reproduced on your screen and will not exactly match dyed fabric. Screens vary, and no image is a colour standard. Where colour matters — and in teamwear it usually does — we match to a Pantone reference or a physical sample you supply, and you approve a physical sample before bulk production.

Product imagery

Garment imagery on this site illustrates construction, cut and the range we manufacture. Because every order is made to your own colours, artwork and specification, what we make for you will differ from what is pictured. The sample you approve is the reference for your order, not the website.

Availability and liability

We do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under the contract for any order you actually place.

Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for their content. You may link to this site provided you do so in a way that does not imply an association or endorsement that does not exist.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.
