Reorders That Actually Match
A new player joins in January. Their shirt should be indistinguishable from the ones ordered in August — not a shade off, not a slightly different cut.

What Reorders actually means
The most common complaint about teamwear suppliers is not price or lead time. It is that the reorder did not match — a replacement shirt that is visibly a different orange, or a cut that has quietly changed between runs.
That happens because most orders are treated as one-offs. The colour is matched by eye each time, the pattern is re-cut from whatever is to hand, and nobody records what was actually approved. Six months later there is nothing to reproduce from.
Our reorder programme is simply the discipline of recording it. Your approved pre-production sample, dye recipe, graded pattern and decoration files are held against your account. A reorder runs from those references rather than starting again — which is why it comes back the same, and why it is faster.
Is This You?
Four situations this model fits. If none of them sound like you, one of the others probably does.
Players join mid-season
One or two replacement shirts that have to sit alongside the originals on a team photo.
You run age groups
Juniors move up every year and the kit has to stay consistent across the club.
You are a brand restocking
A repeat run that has to match stock already sitting in a retailer.
Kit gets lost or damaged
Replacements without re-running the whole design and approval cycle.
Who Supplies What
The clearest way to tell whether this model is yours. If the left column looks like things you do not have, look at ODM instead.
You supply
- Your original order reference
- Quantities and sizes needed
- Any player names or numbers for the new pieces
- Confirmation nothing has changed in the design
We supply
- Your approved sample held as the physical reference
- Recorded dye recipe and Pantone standard
- Graded pattern retained, so the cut does not drift
- Decoration and digitising files kept on file
- Faster lead time — no sampling cycle needed
- Inspection against the original standard, not a fresh one
How It Works
- 1
Quote the reorder
Reference your original order. No new artwork, no new sampling, no new setup charges.
- 2
Production from record
We run from the retained pattern, recorded recipe and stored decoration files.
- 3
Check against the original
Inspected against your approved sample rather than a fresh one, so drift is caught.
- 4
Dispatch
Reorders run in 10–14 working days — faster than a first order because there is nothing to develop.
Commercial Terms
The questions serious buyers ask before any others.
| Term | Position |

| Reorder minimum | Lower than a first order — ask us for your range |
| Setup charges | None — digitising and artwork already done |
| Records retained | Pattern, dye recipe, decoration files, approved sample |
| How long records are kept | Held against your account for repeat business |
Reorders FAQs
Why do reorders usually not match elsewhere?
Because nothing was recorded. Colour gets matched by eye each run, the pattern is re-cut from whatever is available, and there is no approved reference to check against. Six months later there is nothing to reproduce from, so the result is a near-match rather than a match.
What exactly do you keep on file?
The approved pre-production sample as a physical reference, the dye recipe and Pantone standard, the graded pattern, and the decoration and digitising files. Those four together are what make a reorder reproducible rather than re-created.
Is a reorder cheaper?
The unit price follows quantity as normal, but there are no setup charges — no digitising, no artwork, no sampling. On small replacement orders that is most of the saving.
How fast is a reorder?
10–14 working days, against 15–20 for a first order. The difference is the development and sampling cycle, which a reorder skips entirely.
Can we order just one or two shirts?
Reorder minimums are lower than a first order for exactly this reason — a new signing should not need a 20-piece run. Ask us for the minimum on your specific garment.
What if we want to change something?
Then it is not strictly a reorder. A sponsor change or a new colourway needs new artwork and usually a new sample. We will tell you which you are actually asking for rather than quietly treating a change as a repeat.
How long do you keep our records?
They are held against your account for ongoing business. If you are planning a gap of several seasons, tell us and we will confirm rather than assume.
Think Reorders is the right fit?
Tell us what you have — a tech pack, a sketch, or just an idea — and we will confirm which model actually suits it.
