A distributor is not buying a garment, they are buying reliability. Your customer has a season deadline and your reputation rides on ours — which means a missed date costs you more than it costs us, and we should be judged on that.

Three things decide whether a wholesale relationship works. Landed cost, because a unit price excluding duty and freight is not something you can build a margin on. Consistency, because a restock that is a shade off the original is unsellable. And predictability, because reserved capacity is the difference between restocking in three weeks and joining a queue in peak season.

We quote delivered where you want it, hold your colour standard on file, and reserve production slots against a forecast. Territory exclusivity is available by agreement — worth settling in writing early rather than discovering later that we are selling to your customers.

Sound Familiar?

The three things that actually make this hard — and what we do about each.

01

Quotes you cannot compare

One supplier quotes ex-works, another delivered, and neither mentions duty. The cheapest headline price is often the most expensive landed.

We quote on a delivered basis where you want it, so you are comparing a real landed cost rather than a number that grows at customs.

02

Restocks that do not match

A repeat run comes back a shade off and you cannot sell it alongside existing stock.

Your approved sample, dye recipe and pattern are held on file. Restocks run from that reference rather than being matched by eye.

03

Queueing in your own peak season

Everyone wants stock at the same time, and without a slot you wait.

Give us a forecast and we reserve capacity ahead of your season, so a repeat order does not start at the back of the queue.

How It Works For You

  1. 1

    Share your forecast

Volumes and timing. Pricing follows volume, and a forecast is what lets us reserve capacity.

  2. 2

    Tiered quote, delivered

Priced by band, on a delivered basis so landed cost is clear before you commit.

  3. 3

    Approve the standard

A pre-production sample becomes the recorded reference every future restock is measured against.

  4. 4

    Reserved production

Capacity held for your season rather than allocated first-come.

  5. 5

    Ship and restock

Consolidated shipping, with restocks running from the recorded standard.

Wholesalers — Common Questions

What are your price breaks?

Four bands: 20–99, 100–249, 250–499 and 500+. Exact rates depend on garment, fabric and decoration, so we quote against your actual range.

Do you quote landed cost?

Yes, and we would rather you asked for it. Comparing an ex-works price against a delivered one is how distributors get caught out.

Do you offer exclusivity?

Territory exclusivity available to distributors by agreement. It depends on volume commitment and territory, and it should be agreed in writing rather than assumed.

Will you sell direct to our customers?

Where an exclusivity agreement is in place, no. Raise it early — it is a reasonable thing to want settled.

How do you guarantee restocks match?

Your approved sample, dye recipe, pattern and decoration files are held against your account. A restock runs from those rather than starting again.

Can we sell under our own brand?

Yes — private label is standard for wholesale. Your labels and packaging, nothing identifying us.

Can you hold stock for us?

Reserved production capacity yes; warehousing is a separate conversation. Tell us what you need and we will be straight about what we can and cannot do.
