The Full Football Range
Everything a football squad wears, built to one colour standard so the whole range matches season after season.
Customisation Options
Every decoration method below runs in our own factory, so we can mix them on one garment without shipping it out and adding a week to your lead time.

Sublimation Printing
Best for full-colour stripes, hoops, gradients and all-over graphics. The ink becomes part of the fabric, so there is nothing to crack, peel or lift — the right call for a jersey that will be washed twice a week.

Embroidery
For club crests, sponsor marks and staff wear. Gives a raised, premium finish that survives seasons of laundering. Best on polos, jackets and tracksuits rather than lightweight match jerseys.

DTF Transfer
Ideal for squad numbers, player names and late sponsor additions. Fine detail, strong wash durability, and it can be applied after the garment is made — useful when a signing arrives mid-season.

Screen Printing
Cost-effective for large runs of a simple one or two colour design, typically on supporter tees rather than technical match kit.

Woven Labels & Trims
Neck labels, hem tabs and care labels in your own branding — the detail that separates a private-label range from a decorated blank.

Fabric selection
Every Fabric We Run for Football
Not a highlight reel — this is the full working list, including the trims and secondary materials that decide whether a kit survives a season. Weights are the ranges we actually run; the exact specification is fixed at sampling.
Only polyester can be sublimated — and it must start white
Dye sublimation bonds ink into polyester fibres, so it cannot be used on cotton, on nylon, or on fabric that has already been dyed dark. If your design needs all-over colour, stripes, hoops or gradients, it has to be built on one of the sublimation-ready knits below. Everything else is decorated by embroidery, transfer or screen print instead. Fabrics are tagged accordingly.

Sizing Charts
Garment measurements, taken flat, in centimetres. If you are ordering for a squad you have not measured, request a size set first — it costs far less than re-running a production batch.

|---|---|---|
| S | 48 | 70 |
| M | 51 | 72 |
| L | 54 | 74 |

How to measure
Measure a garment the squad already wears and compare it to the tables above — it is far more reliable than measuring bodies.
- A
- ChestMeasure flat, 2.5 cm below the armhole, seam to seam. Double it for the full circumference.
- B
- Body lengthFrom the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
- C
- SleeveFrom the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening.
From Brief to Finished Kit
Every stage happens in our own factory. That is what makes a reorder in January match the kit you approved in August.

Every piece measured and inspected against your approved sample before it is packed.
6Packing & Dispatch
Bagged and labelled per player or per size, then shipped with landed cost confirmed up front.

IFAB Law 4 & competition rules
Football Kit Rules We Build To
Football kit is governed by IFAB Law 4 plus whatever your competition adds on top. Getting these wrong is expensive, because it usually surfaces on the first match day. We build to them by default and will flag anything in your artwork that is likely to fail an inspection.
- Goalkeeper colour clash
- Law 4 requires the goalkeeper to be distinguishable from both outfield teams, both referees and the opposition keeper. In practice that means specifying a third and often fourth keeper colour that clashes with your home and away sets.
- Undershirt colour matching
- Sleeves of an undergarment must be the same main colour as the shirt sleeve. If your jersey has contrast sleeves, the base layer has to follow — worth ordering together rather than discovering it at kick-off.
- Squad number legibility
- Most leagues set a minimum back-number height (commonly 25–30 cm for senior football) with a required contrast against the shirt. Numbers on a busy striped or hooped shirt usually need a solid backing panel to pass.
- Sponsor and badge placement
- Competition rules typically restrict chest sponsor area, sleeve badge zones and the number of separate sponsor marks. Send us your competition handbook and we will lay artwork out inside those limits.
- Slogans and imagery
- Law 4 prohibits political, religious or personal slogans and advertising on playing kit, including on undergarments. Memorial and charity marks are usually permitted but generally need prior approval from the competition.
Rules change and competitions add their own. Send your competition handbook with the brief and we will lay the artwork out inside its limits — a routine part of our design step, not an extra.
Custom football manufacturing, in detail
Addahar Enterprises manufactures complete custom football kits for clubs, academies, schools, distributors and apparel brands. Every garment is produced in-house — pattern making, sublimation, cutting, stitching and finishing — which is what lets us hold colour and fit consistent across a first team, a reserve side and a junior section ordered months apart.
A football order is rarely one jersey. Most clubs need a home and away set, a clashing goalkeeper kit, training tops for midweek, and something warm for the bench in February. We build the full range against a single approved colour standard, so the away shirt ordered in August still matches the training top reordered in January.
We work equally with a coach ordering fifteen shirts and a distributor placing a repeat wholesale run. The difference is process, not product: smaller orders move through our ready-to-decorate patterns, while brands and wholesalers work from their own tech packs under OEM or private-label terms.
OEM, ODM & Private Label
How we work with you depends on how much of the design you already own. All four routes run through the same factory and the same quality process.
Who We Make For
The garments are the same. The paperwork, pricing and process differ — pick the route that matches how you buy.
Football Manufacturing FAQs
The questions we are asked most often, answered straight.
What is the minimum order for custom football kits?
Sublimated football kits start at 10 pieces per design. There is no requirement to order the same size across the run — a 10-piece order can be ten different sizes. Blank decorated stock carries a higher minimum because it is bought in.
How long does a custom football kit take to produce?
Samples take 7–10 working days from artwork approval. Bulk production runs 15–20 working days after sample sign-off. Repeat orders from an existing pattern and colour standard are faster at 10–14 working days.
Can you match our existing kit colours?
Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical sample of the current kit and we will match to it and record the recipe against your account, so future reorders come back the same rather than drifting a shade each season.
Do you supply goalkeeper kits in clashing colours?
Yes, and we will recommend colourways that satisfy Law 4 against your home and away sets. Keeper kits include padded elbow and hip panels as standard, with a longer sleeve and body cut.
Can we add player names and squad numbers?
Yes. Names and numbers can be sublimated into the shirt at production, or applied by DTF transfer afterwards. Sublimation is more durable; DTF lets you add a mid-season signing without a new production run.
Do you make junior and women’s fits, not just scaled-down men’s?
Yes. Youth sizing runs on its own age-band block, and the women’s fit uses a different pattern through the shoulder, bust and hip rather than simply a smaller men’s shirt.
Can you produce under our own brand label?
Yes. Under private label we apply your woven neck label, hem tab and care label, and pack to your specification. No Addahar branding appears on the garment unless you ask for it.
What do you need from us to start?
A logo in vector format, your colours (Pantone if you have them), a size breakdown and your deadline. If you do not have artwork, our design team will work up concepts from a description or a photo of your current kit.
Do you ship internationally and handle customs?
We ship to the USA, UK, Germany, Australia and beyond. Quotes can be prepared on a delivered basis so the landed cost is clear up front rather than arriving as a surprise duty invoice.
Will a reorder next season match this season’s kit?
That is what the recorded colour standard is for. We keep your approved pattern, dye recipe and decoration files on file, which is the only reliable way to avoid a visible mismatch between the original squad and the players who join later.
