The Full Volleyball Range
Everything a volleyball squad wears, built to one colour standard so the whole range matches season after season.
Customisation Options
Every decoration method below runs in our own factory, so we can mix them on one garment without shipping it out and adding a week to your lead time.

Sublimation Printing
The default. Numbers and panels are printed into the fabric, which matters on a garment that spends the game being stretched overhead and dragged along the floor.

Embroidery
For club crests on warm-up jackets, hoodies and travel wear. Not recommended on a stretch match jersey, where a dense stitch restricts the fabric.

DTF Transfer
For names, numbers and late squad additions applied after make-up.

Screen Printing
Economical for large runs of supporter, camp and tournament tees.

Woven Labels & Trims
Neck labels, hem tabs and care labels in your own branding.
Design it yourself in the Kit Builder

Fabric selection
Every Fabric We Run for Volleyball
Not a highlight reel — this is the full working list, including the trims and secondary materials that decide whether a kit survives a season. Weights are the ranges we actually run; the exact specification is fixed at sampling.
Only polyester can be sublimated — and it must start white
Dye sublimation bonds ink into polyester fibres, so it cannot be used on cotton, on nylon, or on fabric that has already been dyed dark. If your design needs all-over colour, stripes, hoops or gradients, it has to be built on one of the sublimation-ready knits below. Everything else is decorated by embroidery, transfer or screen print instead. Fabrics are tagged accordingly.
Match kit — jerseys & shorts

Sizing Charts
Garment measurements, taken flat, in centimetres. If you are ordering for a squad you have not measured, request a size set first — it costs far less than re-running a production batch.
Adult jersey — men’s
cm| Size | Chest | Length |
|---|---|---|
| S | 49 | 72 |
| M | 52 | 74 |
| L | 55 | 76 |
| XL | 58 | 78 |
| 2XL | 61 | 80 |
Garment measured flat. Cut with a full shoulder and a slightly longer body so the hem stays down when reaching.
Adult jersey — women’s
cm| Size | Chest | Length |
|---|---|---|
| 8 | 42 | 63 |
| 10 | 45 | 65 |
| 12 | 48 | 67 |
| 14 | 51 | 69 |
| 16 | 54 | 71 |
A separate block through the shoulder, bust and waist, printing from the same artwork.
Spandex shorts
cm| Size | Waist | Length |
|---|---|---|
| S | 30 | 18 |
| M | 33 | 19 |
| L | 36 | 20 |
| XL | 39 | 21 |
| 2XL | 42 | 22 |
Waist is relaxed flat, doubled — the fabric stretches considerably. Inseam is deliberately short to clear a knee pad.

How to measure
Measure a garment the squad already wears and compare it to the tables above — it is far more reliable than measuring bodies.
- A
- ChestMeasure flat, 2.5 cm below the armhole, seam to seam. Double it for the full circumference.
- B
- Body lengthFrom the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
- C
- SleeveFrom the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening.
From Brief to Finished Kit
Every stage happens in our own factory. That is what makes a reorder in January match the kit you approved in August.
1Design & Development
Your artwork or ours. We return a digital mock-up of every garment in the range before anything is cut.
2Pattern & Cut
Graded patterns per size, laid and cut in-house for consistent fit across the whole squad.
3Print & Embroidery
Sublimation, embroidery, DTF and DTG all run under our own roof — no third party, no extra week.
4Sewing
Flatlock and coverstitch construction, with bar tacks at the stress points that fail first.
5Quality Control
Every piece measured and inspected against your approved sample before it is packed.
6Packing & Dispatch
Bagged and labelled per player or per size, then shipped with landed cost confirmed up front.
Detail & Finish
Close up on the construction that decides whether a kit still looks right at the end of the season.
FIVB Official Volleyball Rules
Volleyball Kit Rules We Build To
Volleyball has one uniform requirement no other code shares — the libero must contrast — plus prescriptive numbering. Both are checked at the officials’ table, so both are worth getting right before production.
- The libero must clearly contrast
- The rules require the libero to wear a uniform that clearly contrasts with the rest of the team, so officials can identify them instantly. A different shade of the same colour does not satisfy this — it needs to be a genuinely different colour.
- Number heights are specified
- FIVB sets minimum digit heights — broadly 15 cm on the chest and 20 cm on the back — with a minimum stroke width, and the numbers must contrast clearly with the jersey. On a panelled design that usually means a solid backing area behind the number.
- Numbers must be centred
- Numbers are positioned centred on the chest and centred on the back. Offsetting them for a design reason is one of the more common reasons a new kit gets queried.
- The team wears one uniform
- All players other than the libero must wear identical jerseys and shorts. Mixed dye lots across a squad show under indoor lighting, which is why we record your colour standard for reorders.
- Captain identification
- Many competitions require the captain to be marked with a stripe on the chest beneath the number. Tell us at brief stage and we build it into the artwork rather than adding it afterwards.
Rules change and competitions add their own. Send your competition handbook with the brief and we will lay the artwork out inside its limits — a routine part of our design step, not an extra.
Custom volleyball manufacturing, in detail
Addahar Enterprises manufactures complete custom volleyball kits for clubs, schools, universities and distributors. Volleyball has one requirement no other code shares: the libero must wear a uniform that clearly contrasts with the rest of the team. We supply that contrasting set with the kit rather than leaving a club to improvise it later.
The garments are cut for the movement. Jerseys need a full shoulder for overhead hitting and blocking without the hem lifting; shorts are close-fitting spandex with a flat waistband, because a bulky waist is exactly what digs in when a player goes to the floor. Knee pads are worn over the leg, so nothing on the short interferes with them.
Numbering is also more prescriptive than most clubs expect. FIVB sets minimum digit heights for the chest and the back, and requires the numbers to contrast clearly with the jersey — we build to that specification by default and adjust to your association where it differs.
OEM, ODM & Private Label
How we work with you depends on how much of the design you already own. All four routes run through the same factory and the same quality process.
Who We Make For
The garments are the same. The paperwork, pricing and process differ — pick the route that matches how you buy.
Volleyball Manufacturing FAQs
The questions we are asked most often, answered straight.
Do you supply the contrasting libero kit?
Yes, as part of the order. The rules require the libero to clearly contrast with the rest of the team, so we design that set alongside the main kit rather than leaving a club to find something that happens to clash.
What is the minimum order for custom volleyball kits?
Sublimated jerseys start at 20 pieces per design and the run can be all different sizes and a mix of men’s and women’s fits. The libero jersey counts as a separate design.
Will the numbers meet FIVB specification?
Yes, by default: broadly 15 cm on the chest and 20 cm on the back, centred, with clear contrast against the jersey. If your association specifies different heights or a different numeral range, tell us at brief stage.
Will the jersey ride up when players reach overhead?
That is what the block is for. Volleyball jerseys are cut with a full shoulder and a slightly longer body than a football shirt, on a stretch fabric with good recovery, so the hem stays down through a hit.
Do your shorts work with knee pads?
Yes. The inseam is deliberately short so it clears the top of a knee pad, and the waistband is flat elastic rather than bulky, because a thick waist is what digs in when a player goes to the floor.
Can you make men’s and women’s fits in one design?
Yes, and most clubs order both. The women’s jersey runs on its own block but prints from the same artwork, so both sides look identical on court.
Can you match our existing club colours?
Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical jersey and we match to it, then record the recipe against your account so next season’s order comes back the same.
Do you supply junior and school sizes?
Yes, on an age-band youth block. Request a size set before a full junior-section run.
Can you produce under our own brand label?
Yes. Under private label we apply your woven neck label, hem tab and care label and pack to your specification, with no Addahar branding on the garment.
How long does a volleyball kit order take?
Samples in 7–10 working days from artwork approval, bulk in 15–20 working days after sign-off, and repeat orders from an existing pattern in 10–14 working days.
