What Wholesale actually means
Wholesale means buying at volume to resell, and it changes what matters. A club cares how the kit looks; a distributor cares about margin, landed cost, dye-lot consistency and whether the delivery date is real. Those are different problems and we price and plan them differently.
The three things that actually decide a wholesale relationship are consistency, predictability and landed cost. Consistency because you cannot sell a restock that is a shade off the original. Predictability because your customer has a season deadline and your reputation rides on ours. Landed cost because a unit price that excludes duty is not a price you can build a margin on.
We quote on a delivered basis where you want it, hold your colour standard on file against your account, and can reserve production capacity ahead of your season so a repeat order does not join the back of a queue.
Is This You?
Four situations this model fits. If none of them sound like you, one of the others probably does.
You resell to clubs
You need margin, reliable restocks and product that looks the same every time.
You supply a region
You want territory clarity and a supplier who will not sell around you.
You hold stock
Predictable lead times and reserved slots matter more than the lowest headline price.
You are quoting a tender
You need firm landed costs and dates you can put your name to.
Who Supplies What
The clearest way to tell whether this model is yours. If the left column looks like things you do not have, look at ODM instead.

- Forecast volumes and the season you are buying for
- Designs, or a brief for us to develop under ODM
- Your labels and packaging specification
- Destination market and delivery terms required
- Any retailer or tender labelling requirements
We supply
- Tiered pricing against volume
- Reserved production capacity ahead of your season
- Recorded colour standard for consistent restocks

- Private-label finishing and packing to your spec
- Consolidated shipping and documentation
How It Works
- 1
Volumes & forecast
Tell us what you expect to move and when. Pricing follows volume, and a forecast lets us reserve capacity.
- 2
Tiered quotation
Priced by band, on a delivered basis if you want landed cost rather than ex-works.
- 3
Sample & standard
Approve a pre-production sample. It becomes the recorded standard every restock is measured against.
- 4
Production slot
Capacity reserved ahead of your season so repeat orders do not queue.
- 5
Ship & restock
Consolidated shipping, with restocks running from the recorded standard.

Wholesale FAQs
What are your price breaks?
Pricing tiers at 20–99, 100–249, 250–499 and 500+. Exact rates depend on garment, fabric and decoration, so we quote against your actual range rather than publishing a single number that would be wrong for most orders.
Do you quote landed cost or ex-works?
Either, and we would rather you asked for landed. A unit price excluding duty and freight is not a price you can build a margin on, and comparing two suppliers on different bases is how distributors get caught out.
Will a restock match the original?
That is what the recorded colour standard is for. Your approved sample and dye recipe are held against your account, so a restock six months later runs from the same reference rather than being matched by eye.
Do you offer territory exclusivity?
Available by agreement. It needs discussing properly rather than assuming — the terms depend on volume commitment and territory. Ask us directly and we will be specific.
Can you reserve capacity for our season?
Yes, with a forecast. Reserved slots are how a repeat order avoids joining the back of the queue in everyone else’s peak season.
Will you sell direct to our customers?
Where an exclusivity agreement is in place, no. Raise it early rather than late — it is a reasonable thing for a distributor to want settled in writing.
Can we sell under our own brand?
Yes — private label is standard for wholesale. Your labels, your packaging, nothing identifying us.
Think Wholesale is the right fit?
Tell us what you have — a tech pack, a sketch, or just an idea — and we will confirm which model actually suits it.
