Minimums that force a gamble
300 pieces per style before anyone will quote means your first order risks more than the idea is worth.
20 pieces per design, all sizes mixed. Test the product, then scale on the same pattern once it sells.

A 20-piece minimum, tech pack development included, and full private label — so a first run is a test rather than a gamble on stock you might not sell.
The hardest part of starting an apparel brand is not design or marketing. It is that most factories will not talk to you below 300 pieces per style, which means your first order is a five-figure bet on a product nobody has bought yet.
That minimum is why so many new brands start by decorating blanks — and why so many stay stuck there, selling a product anyone can copy with a different print. The garment is not theirs, the fit is not theirs, and the label in the neck belongs to someone else.
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design. That is low enough to test a product properly, and it is a real cut-and-sew garment with your labels in it, not a printed blank. If it sells, the same factory scales with you — same pattern, same colour standard, larger run.
The three things that actually make this hard — and what we do about each.

You have a brand and a market, not patterns and specifications. Factories geared to established brands cannot start from that.
Under ODM we develop the design, pattern and tech pack for you — and you keep the tech pack, so the product is documented and reproducible.
A decorated blank is a product your competitor can order identically tomorrow with a different logo on it.
Cut-and-sew from your own pattern: your fit, your fabric mix, your colour blocking, your labels. A product that is genuinely yours.
What you are selling, to whom, at what price. No tech pack needed — that is what ODM is for.
We develop the concept, pattern and specification, and you approve and keep the tech pack.
Pre-production sample in 7–10 working days. This is the product you are committing to.
20 pieces minimum. Small enough to test, real enough to sell.
Repeat runs from the recorded pattern and colour standard, at better rates as volume grows.
Full ranges, fabric options, sizing and the kit rules we build to — one page per code.
20 pieces per design, and the run can be all different sizes. That is per design, so a two-style range is 40 pieces total.
Yes — that is ODM. We develop the design, pattern and specification, and you keep the tech pack. Most new brands start exactly here.
Under ODM we retain the base design; your branding and adaptations are yours. If you need the design exclusively, raise it at brief stage and we will structure it — do not assume it.
No. Your labels, your packaging, nothing of ours on the garment or in the box.
Tell us what your market or retailer requires and we will confirm what we can supply. We would rather be straight about what we do and do not hold than promise a certificate and disappoint you at audit.
The same pattern, colour recipe and decoration files are held on file. A larger repeat run costs less per unit and skips the development cycle entirely.
Yes. Send yours before sharing anything if you would rather have it in place first.
Tell us what you want to sell and roughly where it should price. We will tell you what it takes to make it.
