What this website collects

Nothing automatically. This is a static website. It does not set cookies, does not use local or session storage, and does not run analytics, tag managers, advertising pixels or session-recording tools.

Web fonts are served from this website itself rather than from a third-party font service, so visiting a page does not disclose your visit to any other company. No images, scripts or stylesheets are loaded from external hosts.

Our web host records standard server logs, which typically include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. That is a function of hosting any website and is used only to keep the site running and secure.

What you choose to send us

When you complete the quote or sample form, you may provide:

• Your name and email address
• Your club, team or organisation, and country
• Details of what you want manufactured — sport, quantity, deadline, budget
• Any artwork, brief or tech pack you attach

The form does not transmit anything by itself. Submitting it opens your own email application with the details filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send in your own mail client. We receive it as an ordinary email. No copy is stored on this website, because this website has no database.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use what you send solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you place an order, to manufacture and deliver it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

Enquiry correspondence is kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Records relating to an actual order — including your approved sample specification, colour standard and artwork — are kept for as long as you remain a customer, because that is what makes a reorder match your original kit. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is seen by our own staff. Where fulfilling an order requires it, relevant details are shared with the couriers and freight forwarders who deliver to you, and with the trim supplier who produces woven labels to your artwork. We do not share your information with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@addaharenterprises.com and we will respond. If you are in the UK or EU, you have these rights under UK GDPR and the GDPR respectively, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Links to other websites

Our footer links to social media profiles. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and we have no control over what they collect once you leave this site.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, a contact-form service or any third-party tool, this page will be updated to say so before or at the time that change goes live.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
