No part of this is a black box. Here is exactly what happens between sending us an idea and opening the boxes — including the points where you get to say no.

Tell us what you need
Sport, garment, quantity per design and roughly when you need it. A photo of something similar is worth a page of description. If you have artwork, send it now; if you do not, we will work from a sketch.
Same working day, usually

We quote properly
Not a price list — a real figure against your fabric, decoration method, construction and quantity. If a cheaper route gets you the same result, we will say so rather than quietly quote the expensive one.
1–2 working days

Digital mock-up
Every garment drawn up front and back in your colours with your crest, names and numbers in place. You approve what you can see. Nothing is cut until this is signed off.

Sample, if you want one
A physical pre-production sample in your fabric with your decoration. Recommended for a first order or a new design — it is the only way to judge fit and hand-feel for real.
7–10 working days

Production
Pattern graded across your size run, fabric cut, decoration applied, garments assembled and inspected in-line. All of it on our own floor, so a question about progress gets an answer the same day.
15–20 working days

Inspection and dispatch
Final QC against your approved sample, packed to your specification — per player, per squad or bulk — then handed to freight with the paperwork your side needs.
Before anything ships

Reorders
Your pattern, colour standard and decoration setup stay on file. A mid-season top-up does not start from scratch and does not need re-approval.
10–14 working days
Where you get to say no
Two hard stops are built into the process on purpose. Nothing is cut before you approve the digital mock-up, and if you ordered a sample, nothing goes into bulk before you approve that too. Changes at those points cost nothing. Changes after cutting cost fabric.
