Proudly manufacturing for clubs, teams & coaches

One roof.
Every process.

Addahar Enterprises is a custom teamwear manufacturer. Patterns, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery and inspection all happen in our own factory — which is why we can answer a question about your order without phoning somebody else first.

What we actually run

Anyone can call themselves a manufacturer. The difference is whether the machines are yours. This is our floor — 55 machines, all of it ours, all of it available to walk through if you visit or ask for a video.

Done in-house

Pattern making & grading

Blocks drafted in-house and graded across your full size run, from youth through to 3XL.

Cut & sew

A full cut-and-sew line — 50 machines — so construction is not subcontracted out of our control.

Sublimation printing

Wide-format dye sublimation. Colour and pattern go into the fibre, so there is nothing to crack or peel.

Embroidery

Two 20-head Tajima machines — 40 heads running at once for club crests and sponsor marks.

Screen printing

For solid spot colour at volume, where a per-colour setup beats a per-piece print cost.

DTF transfer

Direct-to-film for full-colour detail on finished garments and on fabrics that will not take sublimation.

DTG printing

Direct-to-garment for photographic artwork and short runs where screens make no sense.

Quality control

In-line and final inspection against your approved sample, before anything is packed.

Packing & dispatch

Packed to your specification — per player, per squad or bulk — and prepared for export.

And what we don't do ourselves

Woven labels and trims are made by a partner mill, not by us. We specify them, order them, inspect them on arrival and take responsibility for them — but the loom is not ours, and we would rather tell you that than let you find out later.

It matters commercially. Woven trims carry their own minimum order quantity independent of your garment quantity, so a 20-piece run with custom woven labels is priced differently from a 20-piece run with printed ones. We will flag that before you commit rather than after.

Come and see the floor — or just send us a design.

We are happy to walk you through the factory on a video call before you commit to anything.
